Could you tell me if you tested the connection to your SQL Express before launching the installation?
Is SQL Express already been installed on this server?
Are you trying to connect to another server where the SQL is installed?

as you can see on the screenshot the installed deployed themselves the sql express to localhost

My question was more related to whether you can connect to this SQL if it has already been installed.
 
When we install SQL Express, the SA account is disabled by default, and you have to use Windows Authentication to connect.

Could you try launching it one more time using Windows Auth instead of logging in to the database?

or, since this is not installed, could you manually install SQL Express and connect to it using Windows authentication?
