Hello Forum,
we are using EntraID as IdP and activated on our Devolutions Server the function "Auto create on first logjn".
But there is no automatic way to offboard a user if it is deleted in EntraID.
Sure, we can go to Administration > Users and click on "Syncronise Users from providers" - But that is a manual process..
It would be great if there is an automatic process which offboard the user on Devolutions Server if the is deleted in Entra ID (Or other IdPs).

Thank you for your request. We already planned to improve that in the next major release 2024.3 (available in September). It will possible to schedule a synchronization on a daily basis or weekly basis. All accounts disabled or deleted in Entra ID (or other IdPs) will be disabled in DVLS during that synchronization. Would it work for you ?
