Licensing Report

Thank you for your request. I assume here that your goal is to know easily if a user has a license for a specific product or not, am I right ? You right that today, to know that, you have to explore all licenses for the specific product and see if the license is assigned to the user. I would suggest a report similar to that

The first 3 columns would display if you are licensed for that product. As soon as you have at least one license for that product, it would be checked. All other columns would be to specify if you are assigned on the specific license. You would have as column as you have licenses. Let us know if it is what you had in mind.

Correct, your proposition makes sense. Additionally, I would suggest an ability to limit which licenses are shown and an Excel export.
For instance, click on report in DVLS console, get a prompt which fields (licenses) to display. Then it shows in DVLS console and then I have a button for Excel export.
The benefit of the last point is that I can send that report to anyone, without having to give them access to DVLS, which would be very useful for this one report.
