Hi Team, we signed up with a trial license with your sales team but unfortunately it is not registering. I assume due to proxy blocks. I do not have a ".LIC" import for an offline activation. How can I request this?

Is the Internet access enabled at Administration => Server Settings => Features?

A list of needed endpoints for the different services can be found here.
If this doesn't resolve the issue I would suggest to contact the sales team and ask for the lic file

Thanks Min. It is enabled, and I can reach their license portal https://api.devolutions.com from within the server hosting DVLS.
