We have been using Devultions Hubs Business AddOn in multiple browsers for a good year or so now and had no problems at all. But as of about a week ago, we are now finding that it is always coming up with "Disconnected - Unable to refresh the current token or get a new one" and logged out whenever we expect credentials to be populated. After authenticating it works fine again and adds credentials as you would expect, but in no time at all, it is logged out again. I do not believe we have changed anything to cause this, but wanted to know if others are also experiencing this issue as well. Thanks

Does this issue occur on all your browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.), on every machine/user, and across all your browser profiles? Do you use the extension in incognito mode?
We have a fix incoming related to some logout issues in incognito mode on certain machines when clicking on the profile in menu in the extension.

So of the users who have noticed it (or complained to me) and from my own usage; we have two users on Edge, 1 on Chrome and myself on Firefox all having the same issue; none on private browsing.
The webpage is fine and if anything stays logged in too long without reauthentication, but the add on keeps requiring reauthentication every hour or so.
I have even had it that I have pressed the log in button and authenticated, I am on the webpage after signing in saying "Success! The operation was successful. You can close this page." and yet the add on is still saying "Disconnected - unable to refresh the current token or get a new one". However if I then go to my business hub website (which doesnt even prompt me to sign in), suddenly the add on logs in and starts working too without me doing anything.
This has only started in the last 7 days.

Workspace browser extension 2024.1.7.0 for Chrome, Firefox, and Opera is available. Your browser should eventually receive the update automatically, which will fix your issue.
Edge will be available as soon as the Microsoft Store has completed their review.

I take this opportunity to add to mpetar's initial post, it works on Windows but not on Mac (with Chrome). The extension is up to date (2024.1.7.0) and I've reinstalled it. Now it's impossible to connect via the extension.
I keep getting the same message with the spinning wheel:
Also, I don't know if this is a related issue, but again on Mac (Chrome and Edge), since I have the problem discussed above, I don't get the push notification for MFA when I try to log in via the extension.

Sorry to hear that Patrick, but glad someone else is having the issue as well as us as there was always the fear that it was one of our security elements causing the issue.
