Add ticket number and comments to credential entries

I really love this feature - it's extremely useful - however it applies right across the board to all credentials.
Is there any chance we can have this feature included in the Log settings for each individual credential entry, as there are some credentials we want the user to enter a ticket number for but others which we don't.

The same set of options from the System Settings is also available in the Properties of most of the entries, also supporting the Inherited mode :
