SSH Tunnel Auto-Hide After Successful Connect

Hello, all,

We would like to submit a feature request for the SSH tunnel entry type to auto-hide in the tab bar after a successful connection (and also tunnel auto disconnect when the subsequent entry's session is closed). This functionality is present in RDM Windows.
