MFA for one user - several DVLS instances

Some weeks ago, I have enabled MFA (with Authenticator App) for my user in our UAT instance of DVLS which is working as expected. Yesterday, I wanted to do the same in the production instance and received the message in the Authenticator app that the currently added account will be overwritten. I have accepted and now the MFA with Authenticator in UAT is not working anymore. Ideally there should be an account added per instance to the Authenticator instead of the user account.

I've just tested adding the MFA with our Authenticator App for the same Domain account on two separate Devolutions Server, and I was able to do so without overwriting the first MFA account.
Could you try regenerating the MFA on the UAT instance, you can do so by editing the user under Administration > Users? Under the Multi-factor tab, you will find an edit option. 
Once you have access to the MFA key, go to the Authenticator app and open the information of the production instance account.
You can then show the MFA Key and compare the two to make sure they are different before adding the UAT instance account.
