Questions regarding clearing the clipboard from Devolutions Server
I see that a user gets a pop-up asking to clear the clipboard of sensitive information after copying a password.
I also read that this was supposed to be automatic in an old forum post with version 2019.
Questions
- Is my setup somehow wrong preventing the clipboard from automatically being cleared without the user being asked?
- Where can I set the time allowed before the clipboard is cleaned?
- If a user checks the "Do not show again" box, I'm assuming they won't be asked ever again to clear their clipboard. How can I remove this option such that a user is always asked to clear their clipboard, even if it annoys them?

Hello,
- From the web interface, it isn't possible to automatically clear the clipboard.
- This option is available in RDM under File > Option > Application > Clipboard > Advanced > Clear clipboard delay.
- This is stored in the browser. To reset the option, the cache and cookies must be cleared.

I believe you misunderstood question #3. I don't want to know how to clear the checkbox if a user checks it, I want to remove the option completely from the popup so users are ALWAYS forced to get the question and can NEVER set it not to ask them.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to disable the "Do not show again" check box.
