Hello,

Some of our users asked us if it is possible to create a subscription on entries to be notified when entries become expired.
Currently we can be notified on update, delete and show/copy pwd and I think it could be a good idea to be notifed when a password expires so can you add this feature in Devolutions Server please ?

Regards,

Arnaud

Hello,

Thank you for your request. We already have a ticket in our backlog to work on a such feature. I can't promise, but we will probably plan that feature in our next development cycle. For now, we have a scheduled report that can be sent to users. That report can include all entries that will expire in X days where X can be configured in the scheduled report. This feature is available in Reports > Scheduled Reports, than you can add a scheduled report, type Expired Entry List.

I hope in can help before having a notification feature for that. Let us know if you have other questions.

Best regards,

François Dubois

Hello Arnaud,

Since version 2025.1, it is now possible to receive notifications when entries are expired. Administrators will receive those notification by default and all users can subscribe to receive notification on specific entries.

It is possible to receive a notification when the entry expired, but also a few days before the expiration. You can configure that period here for example

Let us know if it fullfills your need and if you have any question.

Best regards,

François Dubois
