Hi,
I can't find retention setting for gateway recordings.
How long recording files will be available?
How can I limit recordings based on number of days / File Count / File Size?
What happens if the drive become full and no free space left anymore?

Hello Hakimi,

It's worth noting that the Gateway recordings do not have any retention configuration in place, which means that the files are kept indefinitely. As a result, you will need to keep an eye on the disk usage to ensure that it does not run out of space.

In light of this, I have moved your thread to the feature request section so that the developers can explore the possibility of implementing a solution.

Hello,

We don't have that kind of settings for now. All recordings are kept as long as you don't delete them or transfert them somewhere else. We have tickets opened to improve that. Here are a few features that we would like to add:

  • Configure the path where recording has to be saved
  • Add configuration to specify how long we keep recording
  • Add a way to notify users when the drive become full


I don't have ETA for those features, but we will try to work on that next releases.
