Any ETA for supporting variables in Hub?

Many clients use variables in RDM entries, and the lack of support effectively renders the datasource entries unusable via the Hub web gui.

It's still on track for version 2024.3 releasing later this year. This will also work with the Workspace application.

Suite à un ticket 00053321 ouvert chez vous pour une raison similaire, pouvez-vous penser à intégrer les "custom variables" qu'on peut définir via RDM pour tout un vault?
De notre côté nous n'utilisons pas Hub mais Devolutions Server, si cela pouvait fonctionner avec ce dernier ce serait parfait.

Les "custom variables" sont déjà disponible. Vous pouvez vous référer à cette documentation (https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/kb/rdm-windows/knowledge-base/manage-custom-variables/). Il est également possible de définir des variables au niveau des "Vault settings", la documentation sera mise à jour bientôt



Laissez moi savoir si cela répond à votre besoin.

Comme expliqué j'avais ouvert un ticket pour cela et ils m'ont renvoyé vers le forum après plusieurs aller-retour.
Je sais que la fonction existe mais ces variables ne fonctionnent pas quand on utilise le produit Gateway.

Honnêtement je ne vois pas vraiment l'intérêt de me demander de faire une feature request pour cela. C'est censé fonctionner donc c'est un bug, raison pour laquelle j'avais initiallement ouvert un ticket...

Hi, we're using the $COMPANY_*$ variables in RDM and they're not resolved in Devolutions Hub.
Most used variables are the $COMPANY_NAME$ and $COMPANY_CUSTOM_FIELD1$. Can these be added as well?

Edit: I just realise, the entrytype 'company' does not exist in Hub :thinking:
I tested an export from RDM into Hub Business. The $PARENT_*$ variable is just one level up. In our ideal use case I look back several levels until I reach a company, site or other.
