Hi
I run both linux (2023.3.0.8) and windows (2023.3.24.0)
When I migrated, I did not pay much attention, but I was sure it was working on both windows and linux,
I have since noticed that it looks like the linux computers are still using the old Personal hub, and the windows have been migrated and using the new ones.
If I try to edit on linux I get an error saying that it has already been migrated.
I am using FlatPak version on linux, but even instaled the .deb directly from the website, deleted the /home/.rdm folder as well and tried adding again.
Is the new hub supported on Linux ?
Hi shane3,
I will be investigating whether RDM Linux should detect if the data source has already be migrated or not and ask you to move up to the new version. In the meantime, simply creating a new Hub Personal data source with the same information (just make sure not to select the version of Hub Personal with the word "deprecated" next to it) or exporting your working data source from your RDM Window and importing it in Linux should work.
I hope this helped.

Hi Nicolas,
Tried recreating as a new Personal Hub, but it is still loading the previous Hub, No Depreciated Personal Hub on Linux by the way (see screenshot)
have not tried the import export yet, as I am just using quick connect for missing items
let me know if you need any logs etc
thanks again

Alright, I've investigated further and I've learned that the "new hub" code is still flagged as only accessible internally. This is an oversight on our part because we've failed to bring the branch on which we released that version more up to date before sending to testing and releasing. So, for that, we're terribly sorry. We are now actively working toward releasing RDML 2023.3.1 which will contain the fix. I will update this thread once I can give you an approximate date.
Thank you for notifying us of this and for your patience.
Nicolas Parr
Thanks for the update.
I am having the same issue, hopefully update will come out soon :D
Same problem here, any news about the fix? I've created a temporary source but it will be nice if they synchronize automatically :)
Hello,
We should release the next version by the end of the week. This version should resolve this issue.
