Hello not quite sure since which version we are getting the error but we are unable to scan for AD Users in PAM.
The Discovery stops with the attached error message.
For now we are Version 2023.3.6.0

In the meantime, could you try to fetch the account from a specific OU using the Browse domain containers button to see if you get the same error?
