Send Password Expiration notification to vault owner.

Currently you can set in the description an expiration date for username and password but you do not support sending notifications to vault owner/users. They have to log into devolutions to see what is expiring. It would be beneficial to have email sent to notify them.

This feature has been requested before, it's something that we plan to work on, but have no set deadlines right now.

This feature request is now supported with the use of schedule reports on expired or expiring items.
