Allow offline edit on DataSource (Hub Business)

It would be nice to have the option to be able to edit the data source in offline mode. This would be helpful in case there are major changes to the data source. Like changing folder structure, or modifying a large number of entries. This way there would be no disruption or excessive writes to data sources while users are also working within their Hub Business .

It could be as simple as the data source resynchronising to apply new changes once RDM goes back online. There could also be a read-only mode on the data source while changes are being applied to it. In our environment there is only one admin (myself) and all other users are basically ready only.
