Devolution web login - Option to be able to have no vault selected when creating a new entry

It would be interesting, in the Devolution web login plugin, to have a setting like "Do not select a vault by default when creating a new entry". And be able to enabled or disabled this option.

This would prevent users from accidentally saving a password in their personal vault when it should go into a shared vault.
