Hello,
we have powerusers and regular users.
Our regular users just need a simple posibility to store their passwords and maybe use the web-plugin.
Keepass would be enough, or let's say: More then enough, but we need the credentials saved in our RDM SQL-DB.
The RDM client is far to heavy for them. Is there a super simple client-solution available in this szenario?
For reasons, DVLS is far away for us.
Best regards,
Daniel
Hello Daniel,
The lightweight RDM client is Launcher, which requires Devolutions Server or Hub Business as a data source.

You might be interested in trying out our app combination: Devolutions Workspace along with Devolutions Launcher. Using Workspace, you can effortlessly connect to your Devolutions Server and manage all your entries conveniently within a single location. Once Launcher is installed, Workspace enables you to swiftly open multiple sessions as needed. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about our apps – we're here to help!

Product manager - Password Management
Hello,
I'm not sure if any of the above will fit our needs.
Our actual RDM SQL-DB is set. We have nearly 8k to 9k entries.
We are in the testing to migrate to DVLS but at the moment there are some show-stoppers for us - no details, because
I already have another post regardings this open. ;-)
So, if the RDM SQL-DB is set, no DB encryption possible (because of third-party connections to the DB, reading out data),
is there a simple solution without DVLS, no extra password-hub, just a simple small-scale client-side app?
Best regards, have a nice weekend
Daniel
Hello Daniel,
Our light clients (Workspace/web based) for password management are available with Devolutions Server or Devolutions Hub. So to have access to those clients, a migration to one of these solution would be required. Otherwise, our lightweight RDM client is Launcher as my colleague said. I will try to find your other post regarding issue to migrate to DVLS or don't hesitate to ask question, we will help with pleasure.
Best regards,
