Multiple Providers with single Scan Configuration

Hello,

For some DVLS PAM provider types (i.e. SQL), a dedicated provider is required for each server on which accounts need to be managed. Subsequently, a seperate scan configuration is also required for each provider.

Ideally, a single scan provider could be configured to detect accounts from multiple providers.
