I was told to turn off that interval because it would be done automatically. But I did what you said, we will see, thanks.

Thank you for your feedback.

You are right that with the version you are using, it's preferable to disable this option and then go in Administration - Reset Server Cache.

If the issue still exist after disabling the option, then could you please verify in the DVLS Logs if there is any relevant error?

The only message I am getting in that log is:

now I have gotten this - BUT, the reason I am doing the migration is because we are moving from AD to Azure. In addition, the AD team was updating the UPNs of all users at the same time I was migrating users to Azure MFA. So we have two issues now - the users need to be migrated to using Azure and keep their permissions in place, AND their UPNs have changed. Thanks!

You could use the Authentication Migration tool to migrate the accounts from AD to Azure AD.
