Could you please export the Devolutions Gateway logs (Administration > Devolutions Gateway from the web interface), click ... at the end of the line of the Gateway, Logs, and then download. You can then send them to service@devolutions.net , in case there is any sensitive information. Please add the URL of this thread as well so it can be easily referenced.

The Devolutions Gateway engineer does not report any issues on the Gateway side. I am verifying with our SSH specialist to see if the issue could be identified at that end.
