Ability to configure Devolution Web Login through GPO/ADMX

Having to ability to configure settings of DWL/DVLS through GPO (ADMX)
This would facilitate the use of tools like Intune or tradionnal GPO to manage the configuration pushed to the users instead of relying on a JSON file..

In fact as Chrome.storage.managed requires a JSON file, that's why we have deployed this method for DWL. You will find more information about it on this Chrome Developer's page.
