Use imported groups for DVLS notifications/subscribers

Hello,

Currently in DVLS to receive notifications, a user must be manually configured as a subscriber, and optionaly added to a subscriber group in order for notifications to be sent. Since there are allready groups imported into DVLS (i.e. from AzureAD), it would be more manageable and scalable to use these groups for notification subscriptions. That way there would be no need to manually maintain the subscriber list/groups in DVLS, it would instead be managed via the group membership of the users at the identity source.

Pls let me know if further clarification is required.
