Include MFA in Entry Security Analyzer

The Entry Security Analyzer only really reports on the age and strength of a password. I don't see any way to verify we've added MFA to an account through RDM / DVLS

Having MFA/OTP included in the analyzer would be of great benefit in auditing the security of our entries.

I see this as something along the lines of:
Session entries: Including additional options in the One Time Password Source including custom entries. This could be an option such as External (without a prompt), and then another field to indicate where the source is.
. These could be things like:

• SMS to #######
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Duo

Then on the Reporting, the email security analyzer would include an additional column for MFA which would report the source.
