Hi All

I had a Bug on several Entries which i fixed today.

But the Logs are full of the following Messages:

Is there an easy Way how to cleanup the Logs on the SQL Server with exact this Title?
There must be several hundred of thousands Entries because i never noticed those Entries for the past 2 Years.
A simple query would be great.

Thanks,
Andreas

Hello Andreas,

There is no method available from the DVLS web UI to clean log entries based on the title.

There is the Cleanup Logs feature which can archive and delete logs based on specific period of time.

I will send you a SQL query in a private message for deleting these logs.

Hello Andreas,

Have you tried the query I sent you in a private message?

If so, did it work as expected?

Hello Erica

Yes, sorry for the forgotten Answer.
That worked and all Sessions was gone.

But it looks like for me, that there are still hanging Connections created by DVLS or RDM:

A recent Screenshot of the global Sessions:

As you can see, there are so many Sessions from 17th March (5 days ago).
But im 100% sure, there is no one of those Sessions still active.

Is there maybe a timeout which can be set in DVLS Settings to get all Sessions automatically marked as closed after 24h?
Marking as closed works as expected.

Best Regards,
Andreas

Hello Andreas,

Thank you for your feedback.

Indeed there is an option to automatically flag the sessions as closed after a given time. The Automatic "Mark as Closed" after option is located in Administration - System Settings - Common - Logs.

Let us know if that helps.
