Hello,
i'm connecting to my company rdm server and in any ssh server is selected to use "my personal private key", in the windows client it' easy to load the key and is working fine, but in my linux client i'm unable to load the key due the fact that in the "My account setting" options of select "my personal private key" is greyed out, how can i load my private key in this "my personal private key" in the linux client?
Thank You
Andrea
Hi Andrea,
It seems like we forgot to enable this button. You should still be able to go to your ssh connection settings ("SSH Shell"-> "Private Key") and set "Private key type" to "My personal private key" and then press the button "..." next to it. You should now see a window allowing you to set your personal private key.
I will open a ticket to fix the greyed out button.
Thanks you for your report!

Hi Simon,
i've tried but even the second "..." button is impossible to be cliked
there is a path where can i inserti it manually?
Thank you
Andrea
"My personal private key" isn't suppose to be here in this window, it is only suppose to be present in the previous window ("SSH Shell" -> "Private key").
Here You can choose between "File" or "Data". The first one will automatically load your key from the file (your file must have the .ppk file type).
Once you clicked "Save" it'll be saved as your personal private key.
