Recording Server

Hi,

I have two questions. I am using RDM (2022.3.31.0) and DPS (2022.3.10.0) version.

1) In previous versions of RDM, we were able to download records in the log section of entries. Now there is only a check mark. I can connect to the recording server and watch the recordings (.webp) from the relevant folder. Is there something I did wrong?

2) When I watched the recordings in webp format, I noticed that recordings were too fast. For example, a 30-40 second recording was recorded as 8-10 seconds. It seems like the FPS setting is low. How can I fix this?

Hello,

1) For this problem, ensure that the DVLS URL doesn't end with a slash in the processor.cfg file. If you need to remove it and save the file, then restart the Collector and Processor services. If it still doesn't help, please enable the logs for the Recording Server and send us the logs at service@devolutions.net with a reference to this thread for further analysis.

2) Actually, it's not possible to modify the FPS setting. Our engineering team is aware of this behaviour. If they can do something about it, we will let you know.
