Hello
I updated DVLS to Release 2022.3.8.0. The update ran without issues and at first, it looked fine. But now I have to restart the IIS services every 10 Minutes because after that time, the dvls website will only showed blank:
Edit: Recycling the Application Pool also works instead of iisreset
After resetting the IIS, it will work again for about 10 minutes.
I setup another VM with a new DVLS instance, which has the same issue.
Thank you for the support.
Best regards, John
Hello John,
I'm sorry to hear that, it is not a behavior that we have already seen. Could you send us the Data Source Logs ? I hope I could find something to explain a such behavior. To get that log, after restarting IIS and having the web site working, you can access the Reports and open the Data Source Logs. An export button is available.
Best regards,
François Dubois

Hello,
John resolved the issue by deleting the AD Groups under Administration > User Groups. He was now using AAD authentication, and the domain was not in use anymore.
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
Hi there
I confirm, that deleting the "legacy" AD Groups on the DVLS server solved the issues. Thank you for the support and have a good day.
Best regards, John
