Ability to Disable Secure message in DVLS

Thank you for the information. I understand that you use Webex Teams and Microsoft Teams to communicate with your team. Our secure messaging system is not really a feature to chat with colleague like we can do with Microsoft Teams. It is more to share passwords or sensitive information in a secure way with other people. The message will be encrypted in the database and will not transit via a third party application. The system will also use it to notify an administrator when a user request a PAM checkout or a temporary access. It is more the reasons why you would like to use it. Of course, you can use it like an email system to send message, but we know that people often use other systems for that. Do you have a specific reason why you would like to disable it for your team ?

Only reason is that people were requesting to not have another messaging style of app but your explanation helps.

I understand that you don't want to add another way to communicate with our team, there is a lot of tools doing that. As I said, you don't have to use it if you don't want, but I would suggest you to test it in specific cases when you want to share sensitive information for example. If it becomes an issue for your team, let us know, we will see how we could help you.
