Every when opening a ssh connection from RDM with creditentials in a linked vault, you need to loging in to devolution server also the connection from RDM to devolutions server is disconnected and need to be reconnected again, and also reauthenticat.

could this be fixed that the connection from RDM to devolution server is not discconected and reauthentication is not necessary

Hello,

Thank you for the information.

As I understand, you are using Devolutions Server (Credentials) entry type for the SSH credential settings, am I right?

If so, what are the settings of the Devolutions Server (Credentials) entry?

no we using normal Credential entrys in a Credential fault

we a vault for remote connections (SSH, RDP, ETC)

we link de a Credential entry form de Credential vault to a remote conections entry in the remote connection vault

oure ssh sessions are shared so we use a shared vault in DVLS for it.

if we open a ssh session with a Credential from the Credential shared vault, it connected log is in, al is working fine. but when closing the connection or durring the connection after serveral minutes. RDM loses it connection to DVLS and you need to login to DVLS again, and this happends multiple times during the session or when clossing the session.

the problem don't appear if we use Credential from oure personal vault.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

What authentication method are you using?

If it's domain authentication, is the Windows Authentication option enabled in File - Data Sources in RDM?

What value is set for the Refresh token lifetime parameter in Administration - Server Settings - Advanced on the DVLS web UI?

If the Connection timeout parameter in File - Data Sources - Advanced in RDM is set to 15 seconds, please increase it to 30 seconds.

Hello,

Thank you for the information.

Could you please set the Ping online method parameter to None instead of Web request and let me know if that helps.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

I think it would be easier to troubleshoot this issue in a remote session. I will create a support ticket and will send you a link to book the support session.

Hello,

I have been able to reproduce the issue with a RDP entry configured with a DVLS credential entry using the My Account Settings. That DVLS entry refers to a credential entry located in another vault.

A ticket has been submitted to our engineering team. Once an update will be available, we will post it here.

Thank you for your patience.
