RDM requesting Web Authentication every few minutes
Hi, we have RDM in the current version installed and use our own Devolutions Server connected over the internet (with FQDN). The RDM software requires constant re-authentication and opens a browser window to enter the DS login credentials. This happens about every 2-3 minutes and takes away from productivity quite a bit.
The internet connection between the location with RDM running and the datacenter where the data source is active is stable, so this does not seem to be the cause for the issue.
Anybody an idea how this can be fixed?

Hi,
This is certainly not the normal behavior. First thing that come to mind is to make sure there is no difference between the computer where RDM is running and the Devolutions Server.
If the clock are synchronize we will need more information on why you are disconnected so often.
This information can be retrieved using the DPS_Main.log file.
