custom keyboard shortcuts don't persist

i have attempted to set custom keyboard shortcuts for Copy Username and Password. The app notifies you need to restart to make them active. I restarted the app and they all go back to defaults.
I have even tried just disabling all keyboard shortcuts and saving them. Restarting the app as it says. And all them go back to default.
