Hi, when clicking an item on the current iPad version, nothing happens. Even when I click the arrow down and specifically choose "open" the session does not open. After some troubleshooting and analyzing the Application Logs, I narrowed the issue down to the session recordings setting.
With session recording configured as "Required (When Available)" I was expecting that it starts the session and skips recording for an iPad user. At least that's how the documentation explains it:
Required (When Available): Recording starts automatically. If there is an issue with the recording, the session will launch and no recording will be available.
Well, apparently it does not work and just kills the session on the iPad. If I switch recording to "Optional" and pick not to record, then the session opens just fine.
Unfortunately I need to force session recording on users, while I (Administrator) can do without and would like to be able to use the iPad.
Anybody found a way to make this work?

I will need to ask our QA team to confirm the behavior, as well as the RDM for macOS with the recording server, and we will report back their findings here. They will most likely be able to reproduce the issue, and if so, an internal ticket to the engineering team will be created to

Hello Richard, my trial is running out (or already has) and before making the purchase, I'll need to know if the iPad can be convinced to ignore the recording settings and open a session anyway.
