multiple connections to a session with devolutions launcher

hello support team,

Is it possible to open an existing session (that is already open), using the same session name in the webgui?
Currently I'm only able to start just one session.

My current setup:
Devolutions Server: v2022.2.9.0
Devolutions Launcher: v2022.2.20.0

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

According to my tests, this cannot be done. It will simply bring back the focus to your current session.

Hi James,

Thanks for the reply. Can we expect this feature in the upcoming releases? As a system administrator its quite often, that we have multiple sessions open to the same connection.

Hello Panujan,

A ticket has been opened with our Engineering Department to add an option that would allow you to do this from the WEB UI of the Devolutions Server.
We will be in touch as soon as we will have more details to provide on that matter.
