PowerShell Script for permissions

Hello,

Is there a PowerShell script that can be used to modify the permissions under security settings for all the vaults that we have so far?

For example: change one of Inherited permission like "view password" from everyone to "never" and applying it via script to all/ a list of the vaults ?
