Hello all, we're using RDM Version 2021.1.41.0 and a Trial Version of DVLS 2022.2.5.0 (as PoC) .
I installed DVLS on a fresh machine and everything is OK, except for the RDM integration, which won't work when "Use Windows Authentication" is enabled.
It will give an error like this:
When I use the local DVLS user credentials it works OK:
I have already verified that I can access the console with the domain user via web interface, so the domain credentials are correctly passed on and login works - except with RDM. What am I not seeing here? Thanks for your support!

Hello Fabrizio,
RDM and DVLS 2022.1 introduced OAuth for the authentication, meaning your version of RDM is not compatible with DVLS. You would either need to upgrade your RDM to the latest version (Help > Check for update), or use a portable version:
1- Download the .zip: https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go in this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager64.exe
5- Enter your current serial (if not provided by your data source)
6- Add your data source
Let us know if you still run into an issue after!
Best regards,

@Richard Boisvert Thanks for the quick reply. Will definitely try this tomorrow. Although I suspected something like that, my RDM told me it was up to date...should have checked the website then ;-)
Worked like a charm, thanks a lot!
Hello,
Great, happy to hear it now works!
Best regards,
