Devolutions Server Console will not install Stand alone Recording server

Installed 2022.2.3 server console on stand alone machine. When clicking on Install recording server the software does nothing that I can detect. I will be happy to upload a Process Explorer Log if needed.

This is fixed in 2022.2.5 was able to get it installed.
