I just updated both client and server and they are no long connecting. Previously I could only login with local account but now I am down totally. What else can I do or provide for troubleshooting?

Also, still not able to login via Active Directory
I also no longer able to login with local admin account. What do I do?
Hello Tim,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
Is this your production environment or a test environment?
If it is your production, we can book an emergency session, simply write to service@devolutions.net . If it is a test environment, we can go over the steps in a service ticket.
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
Not yet. This will be the "production" environment once we get things certified.
For now, our teams are stuck using RDM 2021.2.29 with DVLS 2021.2.13.0 until the ActiveDirectory issues are resolved and we can upgrade.
Hello Tim,
We will continue in the ticket you opened, and we will report back the findings here after.
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
