Windows 2022 doing a fresh install of 2022.2.3 and got error

Error: This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".


Unable to allow windows authentication feature delegation. You will need to do this step manually through the IIS Manager

Hello,

Thank you for reporting your problem!

I was able to replicate your issue on a new Server 2022 VM. After the database upgrades, the error message is present in the summary. The instance appears alright, but we get a 500.19 error with the same error message when trying to access the website.

I will open an internal ticket so the engineering team can review the issue.
