Could not login to Devolutiosn Server. Please contact your adminstrator
We have same issue with Web interface

In SQL DB, in table LoginAttempt, we have
And in LogMessage table, we have:
DVLS version: 2021.1.10.0
RDM version: Enterprise 2021.2.15.0
Same issue with Windows or MacOS
Do you have any idea regarding this problem ?
My point of view is we have an issue between DVLS and our Active Directory. But we didn't make any changes regarding DVLS or AD configuration
DVLS & AD are in same subnet, so there is no Firewall issue
How can I check Domain settings in the SQL DB ? As we don't have any access to the Web Interface..
Hello,
Do you have the ability to connect with a DVLS Custom account?
If so, could you please verify if the account set in the Administration credentials property in Administration - Server Settings - Authentication - Domain has an expired password?
If you can't connect using a DVLS custom account, there is no method to update the information in the database. Please open a ticket at service@devolutions.net to book an emergency session with one of our technician. Please add a reference to this thread in your message.
Best regards,
Érica Poirier
Dear Erica,
Thanks for your reply.
We don't have a custom account, or I can't find it..
I sent an email to service@devolutions.net
Have a nice day,
Antoine
