Vault master password

Hi there,

one question about the administration settings.
So an administrator can see all the vaults, and i can not disable the access to a specific vault.
One way to prevent access would be a master password for the vault, but to set that you need to be an administrator as it is in
Administration -> Vaults -> Vault settings -> Security

Is there a way that a regular user can access this setting ?
All the permissions are managed by active directory groups (one group per vault), and that group also has the "Vault settings" permission
