Admin permissions set at vault level

Currently, all user management needs to be done by either a full admin, or through AD groups.
Since AD groups can often be managed by users that should not have access to all vaults, our security auditors requested that the permissions be set explicitly at vault level.
This however can only be done by an admin that has permissions on all vaults.
It would be great if we could have the owner of a vault, grant permissions to individual users on that vault.
That way, the only person in control of access to the vault content, would be the owner.

We worked on that in last months. A version 2023.2 should be available in a few weeks and will contain a new feature for that request. Vault owners can now be configured on vaults and they have all rights on those vaults. Please try it and let us know if it works well for you.
