Please add UPN and Custom Fields to the Web - And make a "Copy"-icon for each of them in the overview.

Just to be sure that I understand correctly, you would like to see the username, the password, but also the username with UPN format ? In your example, you don't have a domain defined so it would not exist, but in this example, you would like to see the Administrator@ad.it-help.ninja ? 
And for the Custom Fields, are you talking about those fields available only in RDM ?

I have implemented DVLS now for our organization, but has ran into the issue, that my users who only have web read access, can't see the "host" entry on a folder.
Would there be any chance that the below 2 informations of a folder can be visible on web on the next release of DVLS ? - Else I will have to have the information two places :(

You can use the variables to add the information in the Description property like this :
To update the existing entries, you can use the Batch Edit feature.

And finally, when creating new entries, you can create them using a Template.

A update for future reference.
the $IP$ variable is for the Asset IP
In my case I have the IP in the IP field found when "Server is selected as folder type. To get this ip use $COMPUTER_IP$

As per the available information, this request hasn't been implemented yet internally. As the engineering team already ironing the next version 2022.2, this request won't be part of this new version.
