Redundant checkout prompt in Launcher
We have configured checkout prompts whenever a session is opened. The prompt typically happens on the web UI. However, with the newer version of Launcher, I get a redundant checkout prompt in Launcher whenever I open the very first session and Launcher is not running. Subsequent sessions do not show this redundant prompt. I can duplicate this easily.
Server version 2021.2.14.0
Launcher version: 2021.2.22.0
This was also happening with Launcher 2021.2.13.0
This was not happening Launcher 2021.1.5.0.
I cant tell if this has any adverse affect with the session. Seems to be OK. It is just an annoyance and at worst, the redundant prompt confuses our users.

I would like to verify what "Checkout mode" and "Checkout prompt" is configured on the entry, as I don't seem to be able to replicate the same behavior as in the recording on my side. I'm thinking this might be due to a difference in configurations.
