Once failed to type username, now I constantly get REGISTER prompt
Hi,
when I change anyrthing in RDM, now it opens my default browser (Chrome in my case) and asks me to login so it will save changes. Once I did not pay attention and by mistake I entered my password in "e-mail" field and quickly pressed ENTER. Login of course failed, and throwed me to REGISTER ACCOUNT form, where in e-mail field there was my password.
Now I cannot get rid of this, every time I change anything in RDM, this same REGISTER page pops-up and in E-mail field there's my password clearly visible. How can I celar cache of RDM redirector to get back normal LOGIN pop-up insteard of REGISTER?
Actually...if I just delete the right part of URL and leave only:
https://login.devolutions.com
....I fall into my account without even logging in. Which is OK, I guess.
But whenever I change anything in my RDM, again this URL opens and REGITER form displays:
https://login.devolutions.com/op/register?login_hint=mypassword&authn_code=pw3NQFuxMVNKEkZo
and this is the result:
I already did:
But nothing helps. Every time I get REGISTER prompt and backup cannot be created.
Hello,
Could you try to log using the Application password method instead? Here is the Application Passwords setup topic to know more.

Christine, you rock!
Actually, I did not use Application Login, because half way down to following your hint, I landed on SIGN IN of RDM, where mypassword was entered in e-mail field. Once I changed that to my proper e-mail, problem was solved. thank you very much for pointing in right direction!
You are welcome Andrej, glad it got resolved easily for you.
Have a nice day, bye!
