It looks like the Devolutions Server only allows one User Session.
Since were working on Citrix, local and some Users with different Browsers, is it possible to allow multiple User Sessions?
Users are reporting that they always loose theyre active Sessions and need to reauthenticate (Web Login Plugin and Browser Session).

Hello,

What DVLS version are you using?

Ensure that the Inactivity Time parameter value is high enough to allow users to keep their sessions connected. Please see Issue #2 of this article. Let us know if that helps.

Hi Erica

Thanks for the Input.
Were using DVLS 2021.1.20.0. Token valid time on 1440 and inactivity time on 60. I will try it by setting the inactivity time to 600 and check the users feedback.
