Account and cloud problems on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Hello Community!

I am using RDM Free on two different devices on 3 different OS.
Two times Win10 and the dual boot OS Ubuntu.
For some reason i could successfully log into my account but i can not access my cloud db nor really use my account on the Ubuntu install.
It is just grayed out and not use able. The account settings on the web site show me my Ubuntu OS as unrecognized device. (Pics attached)

Does anybody may know how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

In order to better figure out was might be causing your issue, I would need the RDM version install on your windows and ubuntu os.
Also, which cloud data source are your connecting to?
