Add view/copy buttons for username/password option in Website Entry - Devolution Server Web

Viewing website entry with linked credentials from Vault, doesn't have the buttons to copy/view the username, password, or OTP.
If credentials are directly typed in the Website entry, then these buttons are there.

Currently we need to have one credential entry of type username/password, and another of type Website, for cases where we store credentials for Office 365 for tenant that has AD Connect implemented,
This adds unnecessary entries to the database and causes conflicts as not always the password is updated on both entries.
