Devolutions Web Login - Automatic Logout
Hello,
I am currently rolling out the Devolutions Web Login Plugin in my company. For one user (have just rolled it out for roughly 5 collgeagues yet) we have the problem that he is being logged out of the plugin multiple times a day. Currently I am not sure if he uses a different browser (I know he uses Firefox but I am not sure which browser the others are using). Is there any way to help me analyze the cause of the logouts? Are there any logs from the browser plugin or maybe I can see it in any logs of the Devolutions Server?

Additional information: One more user seems to get logged out in the browser plugin multiple times a day. Both are connected to Devolutions Server via the plugin
Hello,
With Devolutions Server, there is the Inactivity Time parameter which will disconnect the user from the web UI and DWL if no activity occurs on the web session. Please verify if that parameter value high enough to avoid disconnection. Please see Issue #2 of this article.

Thank you very much. I've checked the value and it was quite low (20). Increased it to 600 and currently it looks good. Will try to keep this post updated.
