Is there a preferred process for upgrades to new versions during the beta? Are there are upgrade related feedback you are looking for?

There's no preferred process, if RDM informs you a new version is available, you can upgrade as you see fit.
RDM Linux isn't considered preview or beta anymore. It is a released, although immature, product.
That being said, your feedback is always appreciated. You can continue posting bug reports and features you'd like to see brought back from other RDM platforms on our forums.

Does this mean I can open support tickets for it now? The support ticket button in RDM is grayed out so should I just send an email?
